This Yin Yoga course provides a comprehensive 40-hour Yin Yoga training designed for yoga practitioners and yoga teachers seeking to deepen their practice and enhance their teaching skills.

We will be discussing the differences between Yin and Yang

We will be exploring what yin is and the principle of Yin Yoga

Breakdown Of Yin Postures - 10 Main Yin Postures – explanation and contraindication of each pose as well as practice
Yoga Anatomy – We will be explaining the effects of Yin Yoga on Fascia and Tissue
