Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage designed to stimulate muscles and release tension that builds up in the body’s soft tissues due to over-use, after injury, through inactivity or simply the stresses and strains of everyday life. Our skilled sports massage therapists will assess your individual needs and tailor your treatment to the specific areas which require attention, using a variety of techniques and trigger pointing to remove those painful knots and ease away any tension.

Sports massage techniques can help to reduce muscular tension, decrease pain, chronic strain patterns, promote faster recovery times post-injury, reduce stress, promote sleep quality and reduce soreness after physical activity.





Mobility is much more than stretching. It is a system that prepares you for all other things. So if you want to strength train, dance, or do yoga, our mobility techniques will help ensure that your joints can handle the movements and exercises involved in these activities. It will also help maintain and improve joint function for overall well-being and longevity.









Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) is an innovative range of tools which enables us to specifically locate and treat soft tissue dysfunction. IASTM is performed with ergonomically designed instruments that detect and treat fascial restrictions, encourage blood supply and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis, chronic inflammation, or degeneration. Stimulation of receptors that are found inside muscles, fascia, tendons etc, can help create fast changes to pain, tension and muscle function.






The one to one yoga sessions are for people who want a personalised yoga session. We will identify the areas where greater focus is required and support you to delve deeper into your own practice to find the strength, balance and internal peace. Through working with your instructor you will experience a tailored and unique approach to achieving your wellbeing and fitness goals – and leave you seriously relaxed in the process.  Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to expand on your current practice, we know that 1-1 classes will benefit you.








Posture Correction

The body functions at its best when it is in correct posture. When the body is in correct postural alignment, it moves and distributes weight evenly and appropriately allowing the muscles, joints and spine to work together to help us move effortlessly. If something is out of alignment, then injury and pain can occur.

We investigate how your body is moving and functioning. We look for abnormalities and compensations that may have occurred, and we aim to discover and treat the underlying causes.









Breathing (Pranayama) is something we all know how to do….

…and yet, the majority of teenagers and adults let go of their natural ability to breathe fully. We are conditioned from an early age to control our feelings and emotions, and as a result our muscles tighten and our breathing patterns become restricted. The impact on our mental and physical wellbeing is huge.

By learning how to consciously connect to your breath and encourage its natural rhythms, you can harmonize the body and mind, live life fully, find emotional freedom and feel empowered.
