We wanted to dedicate a page to ensure you have all the information on what we are doing and have done at Hot Yoga Nottingham in advance of re-opening the studio.
Booking a class
We will be keeping both livestream and in-person classes running side by side, it is very important that all bookings are made online prior to any of the classes starting. There is very limited space available for in-person classes therefore we will not be accepting any drop-in customers that wish to pay at the studio.
How to sign-in
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the class starts, as we will be operating a 1 person in at a time system. Allowing them enough time to move through reception into the studio and get on their mat before the next person goes through.
Please wait outside the main entrance until let in by a member of staff, who will also sign you in and take your temperature reading.
We are afraid you won’t be able to come into the studio for your class.
What you need to do
- Where possible, please arrive ready so you can head straight in the studio
- It is not compulsory to wear a mask, but you can if you wish. We will also have masks for sale if you wish to purchase
- You MUST use a Hot Yoga Towel and your own Mat. Both are available to purchase in the studio.
- There will be no props (blocks/ straps) of any sort given to use by Hot Yoga Nottingham – but you are of course welcome to bring your own
Within the studio
We have 2 designated hand sanitiser stations which you are encouraged to use before and after class
All mat markings are respecting the government social distancing guidelines and are clearly marked. Simply place your own mat down within the marked space.
No mats should be left in the studio once you have finished your session.
The changing rooms will be closed until further notice, please come dressed appropriately for yoga. And please come with minimal belongings. Your belongings can be taken into the yoga room and placed close to your designated space.
We have reduced our timetable, to ensure there is enough time between classes for a FULL clean and disinfection of the studio before the next class.
The studio has a deep steam clean every evening after the day of classes.
What to do if you have symptoms
Please if you have any symptoms, follow govt guidelines, we can do everything at the studio to keep it clean and safe but we all take responsibility to be respectful of everyones health and not putting anyone in danger.
So please stay at home if you have symptoms at all.
Please note that this is as new for us as it is for you, if you see something you feel is wrong please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, but please keep in mind we are doing our very best to keep everyone safe under the guidelines.
We want to provide a safe environment for everyone, the yoga studio is a safe space for everyone – lets keep it that way.
